Data Protection
Are the questions and answers handled by the Ai Agent protected from a Data Security point of view?
Yes.
All information exchanged with the AI Agent, including questions, answers, and the entire conversation context, is protected according to strict data‑security principles.
1)Security is ensured as no data leaves the controlled SkyMinder environment as the AI Agent operates entirely within a secured, controlled infrastructure. This means
- No information is sent to external environments
- No use of public search engines
- No exposure to third‑party AI platforms
- No transmission to uncontrolled cloud services
All processing occurs inside the protected SkyMinder ecosystem.
2) No data is used to train the AI model as questions, answers and conversation logs are not stored, reused and not used to train, retrain, or fine-tune the model.
3)Session‑level isolation. Each conversation is bound to a single session, isolated from other reports and users, not accessible once the session ends (unless the user exports it intentionally), This avoids cross‑report contamination and reinforces data segregation.
4)Access‑control and data‑domain restrictions. The Ai Agent can access only the specific SkyMinder report selected by the user and the conversation context of that session
It is technically restricted from accessing internal proprietary databases, other customers’ data, any external systems or repositories
This guarantees a closed data domain with no leakage risks.
5) Encryption and secure channels
All data exchanges between the user interface and the AI Agent occur through encrypted communication channels, ensuring confidentiality during transmission.
