SkyMinder has recently announced the launch of its New Product Release, complete with new functions, features and graphics. The service has retained all of its old benefits, but has been enhanced in the following ways:

• Multiple function searching. Users now have the ability to retrieve content using more than one search function at a time, saving time and effort. The SkyMinder functions include Company, Credit Information, News & Tables, Industry, Company List, Executive List and Consultancy.
• Simultaneous search options. By simply checking a box, users may search in both the Company and Credit functions simultaneously, so retrieving all available information on the selected company at the same time.
• Access More News from the Company function. While searching in the Company function, users will be given a link to access more news articles regarding the chosen company.
• Precise Industry searches. Users can now search Industry information by key phrases, as well as the provided industry descriptions or codes. This improvement will allow users to receive more precise results through a more definitive search.
• New Look & Feel. As well as new graphics, the new release of SkyMinder has a renewed Dynamic Menu and Ultimate Report, conveniently allowing users to browse the entire information set available on any given company. To help Users search the system efficiently, an area within each function is dedicated to content description and search directions.

The new SkyMinder release is compatible with integration into existing Internet and Intranet portals, with only the minimum of technical effort required. SkyMinder can be wholly or partially integrated and customized according to specific requirements.

The results of the first ever SkyMinder Customer Satisfaction Survey are now available!

Almost 150 SkyMinder clients, chosen at random, took time to answer the survey. An analysis of their answers shows that they are particularly satisfied with the reliability and simplicity offered by the SkyMinder service. Other findings from the questionnaire show that clients appreciate both the depth of information available in the reports they purchase and the way the information is aggregated.

• 88% of SkyMinder clients are happy with the level of Customer Support they receive
• 8 out of 10 clients questioned said that they were satisfied with the performance and speed of the service
• 9 out of 10 clients claimed to be "satisfied" or "very satisfied" with the depth of information provided in SkyMinder's reports

Michael McClellan, director of global procurement at Morinda, producer of health, skin and hair care products, uses SkyMinder to research potential business partners.

Morinda is active in over 20 countries, and so checking out the financial situation of potential suppliers is of the utmost importance. This month, SkyMinder has announced the integration of a new Information Source - Graydon UK, a provider of European credit information that enhances SkyMinder's already vast coverage.
